The Development Application for the Bingara Gorge Golf Course bridges has been submitted to Wollondilly Council. These distinctive double tower cable bridges once finished, will not only enable the opening of all 18 holes of the Golf Course but will also provide essential pedestrian access across the gorge, connecting all precincts to the community facilities.

Spanning across Stringybark Creek, these bridges will be a length of 107m and an elevation of 16.95m. Pending Council and authority’s timing, we anticipate that the construction of these bridges will be completed in approximately 18 months.

The multi-play structure in our Greenbridge East Park has drawn some curiosity! The structure includes some great opportunities for climbing, sliding, balancing and role-playing. The idea is for children to enjoy a combination of teamwork, parkour and free running to really get them moving, while the “Speed Slide” offers a completely new way of sliding! We’re pleased to share another update on how things are progressing at Bingara Gorge. The Fairways North precinct is coming to life at a rapid pace with the majority of stages now close to completion. The Pembroke Pde – Picton Rd intersection is also progressing well and providing greater road safety for residents and visitors. And with the Country Club and Shopping Centre DAs both submitted, we’ll be working hard to get these fantastic facilities delivered in the future.
