OF COUNTRY
For tens of thousands of years before Bingara Gorge was
even an idea, this area, and all of Wollondilly was
occupied and cared for by the Dharawal and
Gundungurra peoples.
We acknowledge the Dharawal and Gundungurra people
as the traditional custodians of this land, we respect
their living culture and spiritual connections to the
land, and we celebrate their continuing
contribution to the Shire.
