Bingara Gorge gives you and your family space to live and grow. 120 hectare has been reserved for natural bushland for you to enjoy; go bushwalking, explore the gorges or simply enjoy the peacefulness of being at one with nature.

This 27% of the site will be maintained and protected by an Environmental Trust, funded from 1% of the sale of all residential lots and managed through the community title structure, giving residents the security of knowing they own this unique resource.

This Environmental Trust represents the world’s best practice and will be the first of its type and scale in Australia. It will preserve and extend native vegetation areas, maintain and enhance bio-diversity, protect the quality of Allens Creek, conserve soil resources and enhance public open spaces. Encouraging broad participation, the Trust will include representatives from various local community groups who will together ensure its ongoing conservation.
