Bingara Gorge will be a community like no other in Sydney. Key facilities have been planned in advance, including a championship golf course designed by Ernie Els and country club. The planned village centre will include food and convenience shopping as well as healthcare and business facilities and will be home to Bingara Gorge’s future primary school.
As the first truly lifestyle community in the region, Bingara Gorge will eventually be home to around 3,500 people spread over 1,165 prestigious homes.
And while Bingara Gorge has been designed as a quality country address, its natural setting ensures the character of the area will remain relaxed and down to earth – where the openness of spaces are celebrated and enjoyed.
As part of development works, Delfin Lend Lease will fund a significant amount of new infrastructure to benefit the new community and the surrounding region, including:
 | A new primary school and childcare facility |
 | An advanced water treatment plant |
 | 8 hectares of sports fields, including the upgrade of Wilton Oval |
 | 18km of paths and trails |
 | State-of-the-art business and telecommunications needs |
 | Extensive landscaped open spaces |
 | Upgrade of potable water supply |
 | Electrical zone substation site improving security of supply to the region |
 | Major intersection upgrades to adjoining State and Regional roads |
 | Street trees |
 | Bridges |
Community Title will give homeowners shared ownership of the community’s common facilities, such as BBQ areas and interactive playgrounds, as well as Torrens Title over their specific home. A community governance structure will be established to protect the standards the community sets to maintain, as well as deliver additional services to the community.
A dedicated community development manager has been appointed to assist new residents settle-in, promote community interaction, and provide social and cultural programmes for residents
