OVERVIEW
Construction of the prestigious Par 72 championship golf course at Bingara Gorge is underway. The 18-hole course has been designed to take advantage of region’s natural assets by showcasing undulating fairways and multiple tee areas to satisfy social and serious golfers alike.
The golf course will be the striking centrepiece of Bingara Gorge and ensures that residents will have plenty of green open space on their doorstep. The rolling fairways, bushland areas and large, serene water features will be open for residents and guests to enjoy all year round. Better still, the Fairways Village at Bingara Gorge will offer many key homesites uninterrupted vistas across the golf course.
Imagine playing a round in this peaceful and natural setting, only a short stroll from your new home. The exciting course will be landscaped to complement the area’s existing native flora, with the stunning gorge as its backdrop. And to ensure it stays beautiful for future generations, nearly $8 million will be spent on sustainable irrigation.
The golf course development is being managed by internationally-recognised golf course architect Graham Marsh who is refining the design and coordinating the construction.
