Bingara Gorge is the Housing Industry Association’s first Green Smart Advanced Estate.

This is because we understand the importance sustainable practices have in ensuring future generations can enjoy the green, open spaces that we have created today.

Homes at Bingara Gorge have a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions and portable water usage of more than 50% per cent.

An advanced Water Cycle Management Strategy will be implemented to collect and recycle water as a community, providing treated water for flushing toilets and outdoors use and for maintaining the parklands, public gardens and the golf course.
